MARINE PLYWOOD BWP GRADE IS : 710

Sablo BWP 710 Plywood is a high perfor- mance product. Every piece of Sablo BWP 710 Plywood is made with high grade, ‘Treat- ed and Tenderized’ wood veneers from ma- tured plantation timbers of Eucalyptus and Poplar.

Sablo Marine Plywood is bonded with fortified Phenol Formaldehyde Synthetic Resin as per standards of IS: 848:1974 under controlled temperature and pressure with adequate timings to obtain unmatched bonding. All the veneers, which go to the manufacturing of Sablo Marine Plywood is treated with An- ti-Termite & Anti-Fungus chemicals.

Hence offering maximum protection, ensur- ing every inch of Sablo plywood is protected from ‘Termite and Borer’.

GENERAL PURPOSE PLYWOOD IS : 303

Sablo Plywood is available in Moisture Resistant (MR) and Boiling Water Resistant (BWR) grades are used for interior like ship cabins, railway coaches, bus and truck bodies, kitchen cabinets etc and exterior wood working applications.

MR and BWR Grade ply bonded with special resin as per standards of IS 848:1974 under controlled temperature and pressure with requisite timing to obtain unmatched bonding. It’s available in alternate wood and hardwood core.
